The University of Miami Hurricanettes Dance Team is a high-profile auxiliary unit of the Frost Band of the Hour at the Frost School of Music. This elite team of skilled dancers is comprised of 15 to 25 talented members selected by audition at the end of each school year. With an emphasis on technique and showmanship, the Hurricanettes Dance Team performs with the Frost Band of the Hour at University of Miami football games and select basketball games, as well as at campus, alumni, community, and special events. Travel is included.
Financial awards are offered to all participating members.
