Megan Chacon is the Color Guard Coach and Choreographer for the University of Miami Color Guard. Born and raised in Miami, she brings both local pride and deep-rooted experience to the program.
Megan was a member of the UMiami Color Guard for five years and served as captain for four. Her leadership helped strengthen the team’s performance and cohesion, both on and off the field. In the spring of 2024, she transitioned into her current role as coach, where she now oversees choreography, training, and team development.
She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Miami Dade College. Her background in education supports her thoughtful and structured coaching style, with a focus on growth, consistency, and teamwork.
Megan remains committed to developing well-rounded performers and fostering a strong team culture. Her dedication and experience continue to shape the success of the UMiami Color Guard
